Thank you for choosing us to bring creativity and fun to your event! While we don’t offer refunds for missed events, we want to ensure you still have the opportunity to enjoy the experience as much as possible.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, we’re happy to provide you with a take-home kit whenever possible!

What’s Included

  • Paint Parties: Your kit will include all materials needed to create your chosen design, along with step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process at home.

  • Other Events (e.g., Hat Burning Parties): Take-home kits for these events may not include all tools or specialized equipment required for the activity. However, we will provide materials and a tool supply list to help you create your design and instructions to guide you.

How It Works

  1. Notify Us: Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

  2. Pickup: Your take-home kit will be available for pickup in Newark, DE. It must be picked up within 2 weeks after the scheduled event.

  3. Shipping (Optional): If pickup isn’t possible, we can ship your kit to you for an additional shipping fee.

Return Policy for Paint Kits

Thank you for purchasing a paint kit from us! We strive to provide you with high-quality materials and an enjoyable painting experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or encounter any issues, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your paint kit.

  • To be eligible for a return, the paint kit must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads or virtual products included in the paint kit.

  • Opened or used paint, brushes, or other consumable materials.

  • Custom or personalized paint kits created to your specifications.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Authorization: Wait for a confirmation email with return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the paint kit back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
